We offer free delivery on all purchases within Sweden and internationally.

We use Postnord and DHL for our deliveries.

You don't have to worry. We send all billing information via email, so an incorrect billing address will not affect your order. As long as the payment goes through, there is no problem whatsoever. Contact us at info@readthelabel.se if you have further questions.

Within Sweden, your package will be delivered within 2–3 business days, as well as 4–6 business days for international orders. Please note that if you place an order after 12 p.m. on a Friday, your order will only be handled by the following Monday. If you're on a tight deadline, we will do our best to rush your order – just drop us a line at info@readthelabel.se.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email at the specified email address. Once your order is on its way, a tracking link is sent to the specified mobile number and/or email address. If you miss this email, please search in your trash folder.

At this time, we are not able to make any changes to the items in your order once the order has been placed. If you would like to change the items in your order, the best course of action will be to reach out to our customer service (info@readthelabel.se) and we will cancel your order and you can simply place a new one.

All orders are insured.

We insure all orders from the time it enters transit until it is delivered to you. For any issues with your delivery, just get in touch with us at info@readthelabel.se and we will sort it out.

If you are not satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns for products purchased within the next 60 days from our website. We offer free returns within Sweden and the money is refunded to the original payment method. Gift cards cannot be returned.

For international customers, returns can be made by sending us your item, at your own expense. If you exchange an item, we will send you the replacement item at no extra shipping cost.

Follow the steps below to return your products to us.

1. Register your return

Send an email to info@readthelabel.se with the following information:

- Your name
- Email address for the order
- Order number
- The item(s) you want to return

Within Sweden, we offer free returns by sending you a return shipping label. Print it and attach it to the package. You don't need to use the original packaging but make sure the products are protected.

For international customers, returns can be made by sending us your item, at your own expense. If you are exchanging an item, we´ll send you a replacement without any additional shipping cost for you.

3. Return the package

Return the package to the nearest post office.

Once we receive your returned goods, it will take 1-2 weeks for the payment to arrive in your account. The amount will be returned to the card used in the purchase. We will send you an email when your goods have been received and your return has been handled.
