These Terms & Conditions apply to www.readthelabel.se owned and operated by ReadTheLabel Sweden AB. These terms of conditions apply to all purchases and orders made on this website.

1.2 Purchase agreement
You enter a purchase agreement when you register the payment of your order at checkout. An order confirmation is then automatically generated for your order without manual supervision. If there is an error in your order we will contact you to handle the issue. It could be a change in delivery time or other unforeseen events.
1.3 Age restriction
We only enter purchase agreements with persons 18 years of age and above, or persons under 18 years of age with permissions of a guardian.
For customers in the EU, all prices include Swedish VAT. No other taxes or fees are added. For international customers outside the EU, Swedish VAT and import duties are not included. Taxes and fees might instead be added by your destination country. Such costs are paid for by the customer.
1.5 Incorrect prices
In very rare cases, a pricing error may occur. If you have purchased a product at an obviously incorrect price, we’ll contact you and thus reserve the right to adjust the price, as well as charge the difference between the incorrectly listed price and the correct price. Alternatively offer you the option to cancel the purchase and thus receive a refund, if preferred. We also reserve ourselves that on rare occasions: there might occur printing errors or errors in our marketing, newsletters or other external communication.
1.6 Promotions and discount codes
Read The Label may offer multiple promotions on the website. These promotions and discount codes cannot be combined, e.g. two separate discounts cannot be added together. On special occasions there might also be both price reductions on specific products, and discount codes: these discount codes do not apply to already reduced prices on products.
These new prices and deals apply as long as the promotion is active and apply to the specific products listed in connection with the promotions. Read The Label reserves the right to revoke such promotions at any time. Offers on specific goods on the website are valid for a limited time or as long as the inventory is sufficient.
If delivery should be delayed or if the product is no longer available, we will contact you via email. In case of the product no longer being available, we will reimburse you for your purchase.
1.8 Product information and pictures
Note that product images on the website can sometimes differ from reality and are not always an exact representation of the real product. Colors, materials and appearance may vary because of its image quality or screen display settings.
1.9 Gift cards
Gift cards sold at Read The Label are valid for one year from the date of issue and can be used in the webshop. Once the validity period has expired, the card cannot be used as a means of payment, cannot be reactivated nor can a refund be made of the remaining sum. Gift cards are non-refundable.
2.1 Delivery time
Within Sweden, your package will be delivered within 2–3 business days, as well as 4–6 business days for international orders. Please note that if you place an order after 12 p.m. on a Friday, your order will only be handled the following Monday. It might be longer during sales and holidays.
2.2 Updates and confirmations
2.2.1 Order Confirmation
After completing an order, you will shortly after receive an order confirmation with your details of purchase.
2.2.2 Shipment confirmation
When your order is shipped from our warehouse you will receive a shipping confirmation email. In the delivery confirmation there is a tracking link which you may use to track your order all the way to its final destination.
2.2.3 Text notification
Lastly, you will be notified by text message (SMS) when your delivery is ready to collect, alternatively when it's being delivered to your home.
2.3 Uncollected orders
Our shipment carriers normally keeps your order for 14 days after it has arrived, or the standard time according to your region/country. Should you not pick it up within this time limit, the carrier will return the package to us and you will be charged 12 Euros for the uncollected delivery. If you have regretted your purchase after we’ve processed and sent you your package, you will need to pick it up and then return it. Otherwise it will be registered as an uncollected package. In that event, you will be charged the aforementioned amount.
We use Klarna as our main provider of payment solutions. For more information about Klarna's services, please visit klarna.se. For orders outside Sweden, we use Paypal (www.paypal.com) and Stripe (www.stripe.com) as payment solutions.
4. Right of withdrawal and returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a 60 day right of return, counting from the day the order is registered.
4.1.1 Cancelling an order before handling
If you want to cancel your order, and your order has not yet been prepared for dispatch you can cancel your order. You can also remove items from your order, provided that the order has not yet been prepared for dispatch. To cancel your order, or to remove items from it, please contact customer service.
4.1.2 Cancelling an order after handling
If your order has already been prepared for dispatch you cannot cancel your order and will have to receive it before returning it to us following standard return processes. If you do not collect your order, it will be registered as an "uncollected order" as per section 2.3.
A cancellation is not valid until you have received a confirmation from us by email or phone.
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us. Customers in Sweden are offered free shipping, whereas international customers must pay for their shipping themselves. Follow these steps below to correctly return your item to Read The Label.
4.2.1 Register your return
Send an email to email@example.com with the following information:
- Your name
- Email address through which the purchase was registered
- Your order number
- The item(s) you want to return
4.2.2 Check your inbox
You will soon receive a return label in the inbox, print it and put it on the box. You do not need to use the original packaging but rather must make sure that the product is properly protected.
4.2.3 Return the package
Return your parcel to the nearest postal service point. If you have any further questions about how to do this, do not hesitate to contact us.
4.3 Product condition and damage deductions
You have the right to unpack and inspect a product’s finish and function. In case of a return: the product must be in unchanged condition. If a product is returned to us in a damaged or deteriorated state such that it cannot be sold to another customer without a discount, we reserve the right to make a damage deduction. The deduction is made on the total refund payment, before it is refunded to you. We make decisions on damage deductions on a case-by-case basis; the smallest deduction possible is $20.
4.4 Return cost
In the event of a regretted purchase or an exchange of product within Sweden, no return costs will be charged to the refund. For international orders, the shipping cost of the return is the same amount as the standard shipping for each country.
4.5 Refund payments
We process your refund payment once we’ve processed, approved and registered your return. The refund normally takes 1-2 weeks to process before the money is in your account. A confirmation will be sent by email and the refund payment will always be made through the same payment option as the original order.
5.1 Claims on faulty goods
We abide by Swedish Consumer Agency legislated in the Swedish Consumer Sales Act; which means that you have the right to make a claim up to three years after you have received a faulty item. In the case of a claim, please contact customer service who will help you through this process. They will ask you for picture proof to clearly show the fault or defect.
In the event of a complaint, the defect must be reported as soon as possible or as soon as the error has been detected. We are responsible for all costs that can be linked to the return, including shipping, on all approved complaints.
5.2 Claims process
If you have received a defective product, please send pictures of the defect, along with your order number to our customer service. We will respond as soon as we have received your claim, and further guide you through the process. Please do not send the item back to us before contacting customer service.
If a complaint is granted, a prepaid return shipping label will be sent out to you by the customer service if we believe that a return is necessary. Once we receive the damaged item, the error is re-examined and a new item will then be sent to you. Thus, you will not pay for the return shipping costs for the returned item, nor the shipping costs of the new item.
6. Force Majeure
Read The Label is not responsible for delays if a special circumstance prevents or delays the fulfillment of shipment or delivery. Liberating circumstances shall be regarded as, interiliac, governmental action or omission, amended or new legalization, labor market conflict, blockade/strike, fire or flood, sabotage or accident of greater magnitude. Force majeure also includes authorities' decisions that have a negative impact on the market and products, such as restrictions, warnings, prohibitions on sales etc.
7. Change to the Terms
Read The Label reserves the right to make changes to these terms at any time. However, Read The Label recommends that you stay updated on the site to be aware of any changes to the terms.
